{Itโ€™s hard to believe that it was 18 yrs ago this morning that I was sitting in front of the tv holding my one month old baby girl and watching as the world changed forever. Itโ€™s weird how you can always remember exactly where you were when certain things happen. ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ #neverforget #september11 != null ? One thing about 9/11 this country came together as Americans we were not African American, Mexican Americans, we were just Americans pulling together as one to help out any way possible the way the good Lord intended. May we never forget the victims or there families. God Bless the U.S.A.

Agreed. Life as we knew it stopped for days, weeks for some and a lifetime for others.

You know every generation has an event that will never be forgotten. WWI, Pearl Harbor, JFK etc. But this is our event unfortunately! GOD BLESS AMERICA ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

Indeed it is. You were doing what was probably the best possible thing to do, considering what was going on. RIP to those we lost, and may we never forget the sacrifices made for those we never knew

So sad I was coming back from class after a biology midterm. Back then I would never thought I would be living here in CA.

I was in fort hood Texas. Captain in the 1st Calvary. We had our 6 day old son. I remembered hearing my mom on the answering machine from the kitchen screaming for us to turn on the tv. We saw the second plane go into the tower. Anyway we used to go see you sing all the time in the hill country. Now weโ€™re in Florida. If these old walls could talk... thanks for the post.

I was home holding my 6 month old baby girl wondering how the world would be when sheโ€™s my age if something so tragic was happening when she was only 6 months. Saddest day ever.
