I’m notorious for freezer meals. I make a double batch and add weird stuff, and then freeze... . We woke up at 4:30am today for a flight.... when we got back 5.5 hours later- I grabbed a container from the freezer- shredded chicken with a blended butternut squash soup purée I had saved.... . Listen- it could have been soup- a pasta sauce, eaten as is over rice, but mix with cumin, chili; and cheese- perfect enchilada filling.... . Please- please use me for your questions. I’m full of leftover ideas! . What do you do with 5 tablespoons of chili? What do you do with half a cup of shredded chicken for a family of 5? Where do you hide those soaked beans my kids hate? Why are we getting so much squash in our produce rescue- and what do we do with it? . Ask me- I swear: ask me! . I’m here to give you a method, a moment; a know-how. . & every week... It’s fall, y’all 🍂 . woke up to 42 degrees, and hit the cobblestone for coffee, and breakfast. . We grabbed a latte at Stauf’s as we explored German Village. Bee-lined it to Fox in the Snow for more- an oat milk latte, and some bites to share. . We got the pumpkin muffin, a chocolate-honey cruffin, and a few egg & bacon sandwiches. Honestly- damn good. It’s their homemade ciabatta with a baked (almost sous vide) egg, melty gruyère, candied bacon, arugula, and a Dijon aioli. I mean, what a thing to wrap your hands around 🤤. . And now my body is 90% espresso and I’m ready for the day. . Have a great one, friends! ✨ #thatswhatsheeats
landed in Cleveland this morning to grab lunch with Megs family before we get on the road to Columbus. We got @herbntwine and took it to Lakewood Park for some serious Lake Erie views. Magic. ✨ .
